It was extremely pleasant, good enough for a wedding celebration. The staff were competent and very very helpful throughout my visit. The hotel had a central setting to that area in the future.

Clean hotel with an extremely helpful and particularly helpful staff and a marvellous breakfast. Beautiful building and rooms with modern decoration. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to Ashford outlet shopping, large restaurants in the local area. Again, 15 minutes walk from Park Mall Shopping Centre.

Well priced and great relaxing place, I really enjoyed competent personnel.
The breakfast was incredible, featured a good choice of meals. This was a perfect location next to the pub in the house, the ferry the next morning from Dover, and the bar / restaurant.

Clean property with fantastic friendly and best staff on shift. Excellent breakfast with a gorgeous view and avocado on sourdough, for example - well worth the money. All in all unbeatable and excellent setting really close to the bar/restaurant, the Eurotunnel terminal and Ashford outlet shopping.

Appreciated the place, had a great stay on a business trip. It was budget, spotless and with comfortable bed. The staff were nice and made me feel welcome. The location was stunning - near to castles, cathedral and the coast, the bar / restaurant, and Dover from Wales. Plus, I could reach Church of st Mary not too far away from the hotel.
